I have the MOST FUN any time I’m in front of Michelle’s camera. She is so fun to hang out with and it ends up being the best girl time + hair and makeup! Y’all know I have 4 kids and I work from home.. I don’t get to feel fancy very often! If you like laughing until your cheeks hurt (your face cheeks) and feeling 🔥 - book a shoot with her! 10/10 highly recommend.

Thank goodness for spring. 🌸 2026 has been kin Thank goodness for spring. 🌸

2026 has been kind of a weird, wild ride so far, but full of good things. I started a new job! And that has taken up a lot of my time (in a good way), so I’ve been a little bit quiet around here.

I’m trying as hard as I can to prioritize myself more these days. Finally went to the doctor and did some blood work. Turns out, I’m severely anemic. I’m hoping I’ll start feeling better and little more awake after I start my iron. 😅 Maybe I can lay off the coffee a little bit. (J/k)

I can’t believe it’s almost April after we went through 3 years of January, but I’m not mad about it! Ready to relax outside on patios with family/friends and enjoy our kiddos running around. We made it. 🖤

And he said this to his social media loving picture taking wife who is finally feeling the sunlight on her face after months of seasonal depression. 🤪 Might just turn this into a Nate appreciation account. Stay tuned.😉

Snack Time: A Twist On Plain Greek Yogurt

Snack Time
Plain greek yogurt needs a little something, wouldn’t you agree? This is one of my favorite snacks that I’ve been introduced to by the Revolt Now Fitness program. I’ve had a few discipline issues recently with completely sticking to this diet program but regardless – I’ve incorporated a lot of new healthy recipes and snacks into my diet! I’m going to go ahead and call it a win that I’m not picking up a bag of chips to snack on anymore!

This isn’t exactly a recipe. I was going to make a video tutorial but then I was like… I’m pretty sure everyone can figure this one out without my squeaky little voice instructing them. Let me know if I’m wrong, y’all!

**These portion measurements are based on my personal Revolt Now Fitness diet plan for my weight vs the amount of weight I plan to loose. Nate finds that this portion is plenty for him as well, even though his plan calls for a little more!

>What You’ll Need<

ONE// Plain Greek Yogurt – We love Oikos!
TWO// Vanilla Whey Protein – We purchased this brand at our local grocery store. This is the only brand we’ve tried and it’s delicious!
THREE// Granola – We love the Bear Naked Granola – Triple Berry Crunch!
FOUR// Optional – sliced strawberries.

>The Super Simple Directions<

ONE// Spoon 1/2 cup of your plain greek yogurt into a bowl (or tupperware if you’re making a snack for tomorrow!).
TWO// Mix in 1/2 scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein in with your yogurt. Mix this WELL until it is completely smooth.
THREE// Top with one table spoon of granola.
FOUR// 1/4 cup of chopped strawberries. Feel free to use frozen if you’re making it the night before – they will thaw out!

That is all there is to it and it is seriously so yummy! I have started craving this when I go a few days without having it as my midday snack! If you’re interested in learning a bit more about the Whey Protein Powder you can check out the reviews on Amazon here. I’m not a fitness guru and I don’t know all of the benefits of this stuff, but I do know that I feel 100% better after I work out since I’ve started incorporating this into my diet. It has glutamine in it which helps with muscle repair and the horrible achey feeling I used to get a day or two after a hard workout. And uh, it tastes wonderful!! It’s really not even bad just mixed with water!

Let me know if you try out this super simple and healthy snack! Make sure to check out Revolt Not Fitness if you’re interested in leading a healthier lifestyle. I’ve gained so many new healthy recipes and great workouts on top of a strong community of encouraging people holding me accountable. Though I haven’t been 100% perfect I’m still not giving up and I’m continuing to work toward a healthier me! Let me know if you sign up!

Sounds good to me! I've always been worried about protein supplements (not really sure why) but I am inspired to try… maybe I'll put some in my next food shop!

Steph, I'm SO glad I'm not the only one having a hard time sticking to the plan. I mean..I'm barely doing it at all! I'm kind of with your frame of mind though in that I'm still making healthier decisions with my food intake and I'm finally working out (at least a little bit..compared to the none that I was doing before Revolt contacted me). Yay us!

That's interesting. I am not very familiar with the Greek yogurt, I very much prefer the frozen yogurt of any kind. In fact I was thinking about starting a frozen yogurt business, I feel ready for it, it shouldn't be that difficult. Do you have any tips for that?
