This isn’t exactly a recipe. I was going to make a video tutorial but then I was like… I’m pretty sure everyone can figure this one out without my squeaky little voice instructing them. Let me know if I’m wrong, y’all!
**These portion measurements are based on my personal Revolt Now Fitness diet plan for my weight vs the amount of weight I plan to loose. Nate finds that this portion is plenty for him as well, even though his plan calls for a little more!
>What You’ll Need<
ONE// Plain Greek Yogurt – We love Oikos!
TWO// Vanilla Whey Protein – We purchased this brand at our local grocery store. This is the only brand we’ve tried and it’s delicious!
THREE// Granola – We love the Bear Naked Granola – Triple Berry Crunch!
FOUR// Optional – sliced strawberries.
>The Super Simple Directions<
ONE// Spoon 1/2 cup of your plain greek yogurt into a bowl (or tupperware if you’re making a snack for tomorrow!).
TWO// Mix in 1/2 scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein in with your yogurt. Mix this WELL until it is completely smooth.
THREE// Top with one table spoon of granola.
FOUR// 1/4 cup of chopped strawberries. Feel free to use frozen if you’re making it the night before – they will thaw out!
That is all there is to it and it is seriously so yummy! I have started craving this when I go a few days without having it as my midday snack! If you’re interested in learning a bit more about the Whey Protein Powder you can check out the reviews on Amazon here. I’m not a fitness guru and I don’t know all of the benefits of this stuff, but I do know that I feel 100% better after I work out since I’ve started incorporating this into my diet. It has glutamine in it which helps with muscle repair and the horrible achey feeling I used to get a day or two after a hard workout. And uh, it tastes wonderful!! It’s really not even bad just mixed with water!
Let me know if you try out this super simple and healthy snack! Make sure to check out Revolt Not Fitness if you’re interested in leading a healthier lifestyle. Sounds good to me! I've always been worried about protein supplements (not really sure why) but I am inspired to try… maybe I'll put some in my next food shop!

I'm not a fan of yogurt- but I know my son would eat this! I LOVE Bear Naked granola.
this looks great! thanks for sharing 🙂
Steph, I'm SO glad I'm not the only one having a hard time sticking to the plan. I mean..I'm barely doing it at all! I'm kind of with your frame of mind though in that I'm still making healthier decisions with my food intake and I'm finally working out (at least a little bit..compared to the none that I was doing before Revolt contacted me). Yay us!
That's interesting. I am not very familiar with the Greek yogurt, I very much prefer the frozen yogurt of any kind. In fact I was thinking about starting a frozen yogurt business, I feel ready for it, it shouldn't be that difficult. Do you have any tips for that?
Yes! Finally something about Heating Pad.
