For the most part I am getting all of my makeup products through Ipsy ($10/month), aside from foundation and eyeliner. Every bag comes with at least one item valued well over $10, if not several! Totally worth the price of the bag! I get very overwhelmed going into Sephora/Ulta because there is just so much to choose from and makeup is pretty dang expensive. I would much rather someone pick out a handful of goodies for me to try and ship them straight to my door.
What Is Ipsy?
Don’t know what Ipsy is? I’ll tell you a little more about how it works! Ipsy is a monthly makeup/beauty subscription box. Every month a cute little pouch of makeup arrives in your mailbox based on a style profile that you fill out online. Everything I receive is tailored to match my skin color, hair, and personal preferences. I specifically don’t want nail polish or anymore blush – so they don’t send me those things. Every month you can rate the items that you received in your bag to get points and help them make your next bag even better. You can use the points you accumulate on extra products to be added to your next bag. Like I mentioned, I always get products that retail for well over the amount of the bag.
Another thing I like about Ipsy is that you can check out each product on their website for instructions/tutorials on how to use the product. There are also additional savings through their website in the even that you want to purchase more of something you received and have fallen in love with. Honestly, I haven’t done that because I always end up getting something similar that I love just as much by the time I run out of something. You can watch the video above to see what I got in my February bag and hear my thoughts! check out a wider variety at https://mynamedgifts.co.uk
