I’m so thankful for today, although I can already feel it slipping away. I’ve been needing some down time but it’s been hard to accomplish that lately because when I’m not working- I want to be doing something fun! This weekend we had plans with friends and a family function to attend. So I’m pretty wiped out right now. Nate let me sleep in a lot later than I normally would and when I finally woke up and came down stairs he was cleaning. And I’m not talking putting away the clean dishes in the dishwasher and putting the dirty ones in. He did that- and vacuumed, mopped, organized, etc. And just when I thought there was nothing else he could do to make me happier- he made us tacos for lunch. I’m truly so lucky.

It’s so exciting that we’ve made it to day 50 of our 365! This isn’t a very exciting picture but it was the only photo of us that we managed to snap from earlier in the day at our Niece & Nephew’s combined birthday party.

There doesn’t happen to be much documentation of last night because it was one of those nights where we had a lot of plans/ideas of how the night ought to go but in the end it turned out to be pretty low-key. Which was fine by me- I still got to see my friends and we had a good time just hanging out so that’s all that matters!

Those balls are THE DEVIL. mmk. Because I bounced on them so much while pregnant, Everly got obsessed with that motion and I had to do it for MONTHS after she was born. *tears it up* hah
