Day 41 of 365 Days of Marriage

Today was such a jam packed day. I worked, I got off, the fix-it people came and fixed the rest of our house issues, we made dinner plans with Kristie, exchanged “Christmas” gifts (ha!), picked up a few needed items at the store- and now we’re home! I was super happy to see her because she’s been living in the same town for a few weeks and we’ve yet to figure out a schedule allowing us to hang out. I mean she’s welcome come hang out here any time of course- but we might just be sitting on the couch staring at each other. ;] So we need to come up with some sort of routine. I love having friends in the same town! *dances!* I can’t wait to post a picture of what she got me for Christmas… it’s related to decorating .. and an obsession of mine. <3

I decided to take our 365 in the grocery store tonight. We weren’t shopping for groceries, as you can see in the picture. We just had a few other things to get, and while we were there Nate wanted to look at the baseball card sets- so that’s where the picture was snapped because I wasn’t really feeling the baseball card aisle all that much myself. Nate looks like he’s just seen baseball cards for the first time in his life and I look silly- but this is who we truly are- silly people. I believe he’s decided that he might want to collect these sets that he can pass on to his son one day.. or keep for himself if we don’t have a son? Or maybe we’d have a daughter interested in baseball? That wouldn’t surprise me. But he just looked at them tonight. =) I really like that he’s thinking about things like that though. I think someone with a cute baby might be getting to him!

The weekend is almost here again. So weird. I feel like we just had girl weekend! I’m excited about tomorrow night.. pictures to come I’m sure!
