Or I’m about to be dreaming at least. I really wanted to write a decent blog post tonight filled with pictures from a great day with family for my Nephew Cameron’s 5th birthday and the other multitude of pictures I took in the car and such. But alas, my brain is fried. I cleaned for hours– because once I really get going it’s like a whirlwind of organizing and sanitizing. I don’t think I stood still for around 4 hours, and there are still a few things to be done! I know it sounds like we’re serious slobs and I only clean my house for company.. which is kind of true.. but not really. I just had to clean and organize our guest room and spare room- which I’ve kind of been using as, “Where does this go? Hmm I don’t want to think about this right now. *toss*” spaces for the past 6 months. But finally- our guest room looks like an actual bedroom! A very bare one, but a bedroom none-the-less. I’m so excited for my parents to see our house for the first time tomorrow! I can’t wait!
I took a little video a few weeks ago and never posted it here so I thought I’d share it now because the video I intended to share is apparently in line on Vimeo to be converted. *annoying* We’ve since had a little ice storm and currently all of our trees, plants, walk ways, road ways, etc that you see here are actually frozen solid and blanketed in ice rather than snow. So just imagine that. It’s fun times going .5 MPH to get out of our neighborhood safely. Sigh at my Floridian-driver parents having to get back here tomorrow …
