Honestly I can’t believe a band tee didn’t mak Honestly I can’t believe a band tee didn’t make it into this mix. 🎶🤘🏻 But there’s a @drpepper t-shirt so that’s even better! I’ve been having so much fun lately remixing things I’ve had for years along with a few new pieces!

Thrifting and finding a super good clearance deal = my favorite! I’m not really sure what my style is these days.. but I’m having fun playing around with it and feeling a little more like ME in what I’m wearing. Warped Tour heart, coffee shop soul vibes? ✨😆

I think sometime between becoming a mom, working, I think sometime between becoming a mom, working, keeping up with a house, and trying to take care of everyone else… I forgot to ask myself what I actually like.

So lately I’ve been paying attention.

The clothes I want to wear.

The hobbies I want to try.

The spaces I want to create.

The things that make me feel like myself.

Maybe this is exactly what your late 30s are for. Not becoming someone new.. but remembering who you are.✨

My littlest boys are 4️⃣!! Their only birthday My littlest boys are 4️⃣!! Their only birthday demand was that we get them a Sonic the hedgehog cake! 😆

I still just sit and stare at them in disbelief sometimes.. my twin babies.. my last babies.. and somehow they’ve been here for 4 whole years. If you’re a twin mom, you know that the time passes different. The early stages are a blur in a way I don’t even know how to explain. It makes it all a bit more bittersweet.

I love you Bennett & Everett! 💙💙

Chenille Ruffle Sleeve Sweater

On our way to Nashville last Friday I threw on this comfy chenille ruffle sleeve sweater with my favorite pair of black high-waisted jeans and slip on boots. This mauve color is my favorite right now. I wanted to be comfortable but ready to hang out in Nashville once we got there without feeling the need to change. It was also FREEZING and this sweater kept me so warm! I find myself a little on the fence most every year when it comes to new trends in the fashion world. But I am 100% backing the chenille sweater/cardigan and bell/ruffle sleeve trends. Not sure I can get on board with white booties… but give me time. The boots that I’m wearing in these photos are . They are $16.97 and I still cannot believe where I found them….

Nate saw me eyeing this cornfield and pulled over without hesitation to snap a few pictures. I had briefly mentioned that I liked my outfit and that it would be dark when we got to Nashville. Thankfully, he’s one of those mind reader husbands. It was getting colder by the second as the sun was dipping behind the trees while we took these. I swear I thought I was smiling in them but in reality my RBF is telling the true tale of how cold I am. HA. This sweater is one of the few new pieces that I’ve added to my closet while trying to revive/remix with some older items I hardly ever wear. I have a post coming soon talking a little bit about how I’m rethinking my closet and making the most of what I already have while maintaining and creating content for a blog with a fashion/style component to it.
