Painted Rose

So I spent my morning on Pinterest instead of doing the other things that I needed to be doing because, electronic hoarding > everything. I never really cared much about Pinterest until here recently. I decided I’d give a new hairstyle a go and do something fun with my makeup based on things I’ve pinned. I wear makeup but I don’t fill my eyebrows or wear much blush – things that can really change the way everything looks. I like how it all turned out! And this gorgeous Urban Outfitter’s dress? Kristie gave it to me. It fits as if it was made for my body. I’ve decided to just give Kristie money to go shopping for me. It seems like that would work out well!

This is really such a “plain” styling of an outfit. Woo, what a unique “fashion blogger” I am by putting on a dress, hehe! I thought about wearing tights or a cardigan with it- but it’s not cool here yet, so let’s not force it! I have all of Fall to wear this dress a million different ways with added layers, right? (Tights and cardigans aren’t unique either, are they? Yikes. Well.. I hope you don’t care about how uninspiring I am. I just like to pretend.)

I’ve got a lovely, laid back evening ahead of me after I get some much needed house work done. I think I may go to Marshall’s for just a little bit first. It’s football season, so I will be losing Nate every Saturday unless I decide to go to the game myself. ;] Time for some me time, right?! My “me time” includes girly movies and TV shows, house cleaning, possibly putting up some shelves and adding photos to my window frame, making pasta salad, and dancing around in my PJs with bunnies. A glass of wine might make it’s way in there, too…
