Happy New Year! And surprise! Or, not. I bet a lot of you guessed what my “twist” on the 365 project would be. I’m so excited to take a picture every day with my Husband! And we’ve already thought about the little details, “What if we argue that day?” or “What if we’re apart that day?”. But I think we’ve got it covered, because believe it or not we are both really excited to complete this project- and I think that’s what will keep it going! Because if one of us just doesn’t feel like it or whatever- the other can give a boost of motivation! We’re definitely committed and I can’t wait to express our marriage through pictures and give a small glimpse of who we are and what marriage is all about: the good and even the not so good. Plus, I’m hoping that through this project I can really improve on my photography skills. It’s still just a hobby, but people like Rachie remind me every day that if I really wanted to be a photographer and I put my mind to it- I could be! Maybe not as a full time job, but as something on the side for extra cash.
And my blue balloon does have a 5 on it.. it’s just a little light thanks to the lighting.. which I could fix but I love the light exposure otherwise! See, one of those things I could improve on!
Also, I have two outfit posts just waiting to be put up so look for those in the upcoming days and don’t miss Bun-Day Sunday with Biscuit tomorrow! I’m thinking that Thankful Thursdays will also be returning this week. What better way to start off the new year than with some thankfulness? Speaking of the new year- how was yours? Ours was probably a little too much fun. There might be a few pictures that make it’s way onto the blog.. ;P

Fun! Love the first picture! Your 5 might show up more if you try playing with the white balance? I'm just started playing with custom white balance and am loving the results 😉
I tried a few things but I think I would've needed to open it in Photoshop and select the balloon to not mess up the exposure for the other part of the picture. But I decided I kind of liked it the way it was so, tada. 😀

I'm doing 365 – mostly on Facebook but I think I might share weekly pics on my blog… idk yet. Love the first picture & can't wait for the rest! Even if you're apart you could show what you're both separately doing – cause being apart is a part of marriage, too!
I saw your first picture and got really excited. I'm so glad we actually started on the 1st day of January- it's just more fun that way!
But yes – that's exactly what I thought of. Being apart is definitely part of marriage so that wont be an issue. I've got some ideas for those occasions. 🙂
