These sweet boys turned 8 months old yesterday! I These sweet boys turned 8 months old yesterday! I can hardly believe it. We have been through so much over the past 8 months. I was trying to post this last night but I kept falling asleep. 😆 I was going to talk about #internationalwomensday and how it was fitting (for me) to celebrate 8 whole months of being a mom to FOUR boys! But it feels even more fitting that I fell asleep trying to post it.

I feel so thankful. So thankful I am blessed to be a mom to my 4 tiny humans. Blessed to spend my time being their mom and resting when I need to without guilt. And blessed to be surrounded by so many amazing women who genuinely love me/my family and have run to my side when I’ve needed help, sleep, friendship, encouragement, and everything in between.

Everett & Bennett are the most perfect additions to our family. I never could’ve dreamed up these sweet squishy babies. I am so grateful for 8 months with these beautiful boys. They’re getting so big - working on crawling and sitting up. Their big brothers are absolutely obsessed with them. They love baby food, chewing on toys, and bouncing in their bouncy seat. Bennett still has two teeth while Everett has none. We are still going strong with nursing- despite being bitten. 😆🥴 Happy 8 months, boys!! I love you!

Thoughts on Pregnancy: 31 Weeks

31 Weeks Pregnant

I decided in honor of being 31 weeks pregnant that it was time to take some photos of this belly! I have missed taking photos and playing with light. I felt like this was the perfect opportunity to take a few self portraits on manual mode and just experiment. I wanted these to feel kind of raw and emotional, not extremely touched up. Just kind of like – hey, this is pregnancy and it’s beautiful but it’s not exactly glamorous. Nothing about this pregnancy has felt glamorous, I will tell you that. But it has felt beautiful to carry this perfect little life inside of me for 31 weeks and it has most definitely felt emotional at times (okay, the whole dang time). Check mylenders.com.au.

31 Weeks Pregnant

Thirty-one weeks! Time is just flying. We are so ready to meet our little Cohen Samuel! The thought of him being here is so exciting but there is a little bit of fear. The Braxton Hicks contractions are a bit stronger this time and thinking about going into labor is becoming more daunting. In a way, ignorance was bliss last time, ha! We also have quite a bit to do around the house still and I think until we do those things I’m just going to feel unprepared. I am going to the doctor every two weeks now and I just had an appointment on Monday. Weight gain is right where it should be and my belly is measuring perfectly. His heart rate was 148! I forgot to mention to them that I still have a lingering cough from having the flu (man, that was rough) and that my acid reflux is pretty ridiculous. But I’m managing it and I don’t think there’s a ton that can be done about these things. They’re just annoying at https://uniquepharmaceuticals.com/sv/mediciner/kop-tramadol-utan-recept/

31 Weeks Pregnant

How Far Along Are You: 31 weeks!
How Big Is The Baby?: My app says he is 16.69 inches and around 3.75 lbs!
How Much Weight Have You Gained?: About 20 lbs
Maternity Clothes: The number of outfits that fit and feel comfortable to wear are pretty limited these days!
Stretch Marks: Still none!
Sleep: I’m sleeping ok but no matter how much sleep I get, I am still so tired. Between 2-3pm no matter what is going on I am so sleepy.
Best Moment This Week: When Landon helped me get my skinny maternity jeans off because I couldn’t reach my feet and then he said, “I’ll take these to the dirty clothes, mom!” Haha.
Movement: SO much movement. Constant movement. I love it but it’s actually pretty uncomfortable at times!
Food Cravings: Onion rings, Dairy Queen blizzards, and popsicles.
Food Aversions: No aversions really!
Labor Signs: Braxton Hicks are definitely increasing. Not fun at all.
Belly Button In or Out: Out.
What I Miss: Having energy! Being able to get up/move with ease.
What I’m Looking Forward To: Getting some things accomplished around the house that need to be done before he gets here.
