About two months ago I was talking with Stephanie about her blog when she said we should work together on it. At the time I laughed it off. I was comfortable doing things behind the scenes for her, but I wasn’t sure how I felt about actually writing and being photographed for the blog. The more we talked however, the more I started to come around to a website that would focus on us and the city in which we live.

Lexington in the past few years has started to undergo a major transformation. An exploding craft beer scene, a revitalized downtown, a burgeoning art scene throughout the city. And it dawned on me that over the past 3-4 years my trajectory has been very similar. I have spent the last 4-5 years searching for my place and I want to document my daily journey through being a husband, father, friend, runner, and now lifestyle blogger.
I’m planning on writing about our daily lives, but also about the people that make up the heartbeat of the city. I run marathons so you’ll see posts from time to time about my running and the great places to run in our city. I’ll share stories about the people I interact with at some of our favorite coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. From time to time you may even see me talking about my new love for fashion that has Stephanie wondering who I am.
I feel like we have a great story to tell, I feel like I have a great story to tell and for the first time ever I want to share that with the world.
