People do not know me but I will pretend. 😜

Reading that description makes me want to get some creativity flowing in this space and on my blog again, though! I’ve just been working and mom’ing - but I miss creating!

Midnight: Christmas Is Here!

Taken earlier during out of town Christmas Eve family festivities

Nate and I decided to exchange gifts tonight after my parents went to bed. It’s our first Christmas as a married couple and we just kind of wanted to have it be special and between us. It was his idea to do it that way, and I thought that was really sweet. So for the last couple hours we’ve been playing our Xbox games. (hah) My gifts to him were not near as awesome as his gifts to me- I hate that. My *big* gift for him that I had planned fell through and I couldn’t get it done in time or on a decent budget. But I intend to pick up a couple more things for him after the holidays so- okay I’ll quit explaining why I suck.

Time to open!

Nikon DSLR remote & a game I’ve been wanting- with girl songs! Taylor Swift! Heyyyy.

Wedding Album/Scrapbook for us to do together!

& Nate got a game he wanted!! Yay!

And he also got a sweater and a belt.. but that’s not near as exciting.

And I played with both presents at once…

He played guitar and I sang!

And now, it’s a much needed bed time! I hope you all have a Merry Christmas. I’m so thankful for all of the blessings God has given me so far in my life and there is no better time to remember that than on his Son’s Birthday! I’m excited to enjoy my very first white Christmas tomorrow- my very first Christmas here in Kentucky- my home.
