I’m Wearing: Polka Dot Ruffle Tank + Sail Boat Shorts via Old Navy, necklace c/o Francesca’s Collections, earrings and headband from Forever21, and braided sandals from Target.
It’s hard for most people to believe that I was such an outdoorsy-mudpie-making-tree-climbing-bugjar-toting little gal, but I was! And now? Well now I really like to hang out in the air conditioning… ;] Thanks to all of my super sweet readers for being patient as I get back on track and catch up from vacation! This has been a very hectic past two days and I’m feeling very thankful this evening. Can’t wait to start the weekend.

Aw I love the outfit and I love the sentiment. There is something to be said about going back to our old childhood favorites every now and then. =]
Why I love your necklace! And I have a similar patterned top from Old Navy and I got those same shorts in the salmon color! Love how you put everything together, and as always, i love your hair! -Jessica L
Such a cute outfit! I really love those shorts!
Love this! I'm so glad you took these pictures and, yes, I still have daydreams about that little girl playing in the backyard. : )
So basically, this outfit is just too adorable. I love those sailboat shorts! I know I should have reached for them at Old Navy! I just wasn't sure since I had a sailboat print skirt! I might have to go back… also, hard to believe it, but I was a bug jar toting girl too! I kept like terrariums filled with ants, crickets, slugs, pillbugs and anything else I could get my little hands on. Now, though for some reason I am absolutely terrified of the creepy crawlies. I'm not sure what happened!
Fun shorts! I can't believe they are from Old Navy. Great find!
I LOVE your hair!!! And your blog is so cute. 🙂
