Otherwise known as our office in progress! I’ve been talking about this “progress” for a while, I know, but it’s coming along. We finally managed to find the key piece to the room while thrifting a few days ago! Hello all wood and beautiful little white desk for $75! We also purchased a lovely little wood bedside table for.. wait for it.. FIVE DOLLARS. We’ve literally hit a thrifting gold mine that’s been right under our noses for quite some time. I have a feeling that Nate and I will be spending a lot of weekends digging around for more awesome stuff! I actually have my eye on a vintage Dooney & Bourke bag and old camera, so we’ll see if I go back for those.
Here are a few pictures I took earlier. The walls are more of a turquoise color than what I feel is shown in the pictures.
I absolutely can’t wait until we get everything all put together! We’ve still got quite a bit to do and purchase. Can’t wait, can’t wait! I may change the drawer pulls on the desk- what do you think? Or I may just paint them! Futon, rug, bookshelf- pretty little details! <3 I wish I was an interior designer with no budget. Actually, I wish I was just me with no budget. ;]
I love the color and can't wait to see it – 🙂 So glad you guys are doing this… celebrating/decorating the home you live in is definitely a great part of marriage and family.
B & I are still in this weird transition of whether or not to move to a new house. We are still looking but slowing down a little… I'm nervous! Share your thrift find w/ me – I need a dining table and a little bench for the living room!

Oh my gosh I love this! It's simple but sometimes that's what I love about clothes, sooo many people over do outfits and it kills me. I love the neutrals too!

That desk IS gorgeous! I've been looking casually for a desk like but haven't found anything. BUT Neil did say he'd help me paint me current desk white. If every piece of furniture in my house is white I wouldn't have a problem with it!
