Today I am sharing a little bit of my morning routine with you all. As a full time working mom, I don’t always have a lot of time to spend on myself. However, it is important to me to do something every day that helps me to feel put together – that thing for me is makeup! That being said, I have found something else that I can easily incorporate into my makeup routine a few times a week that helps me to feel even more confident – whitening my smile with the Smile Brilliant at home teeth whitening kit!I don’t have the time or the money for expensive whitening treatments at the dentist so this option is perfect for me and it really doesn’t take up any extra time. So, how does it work?

Well, Smile Brilliant has very brilliantly taken the most expensive part of whitening treatments out of the equation completely by removing the office visit! They simply send you a kit with everything in it to make your custom whitening trays, you pop them back in the mail in the pre-labeled envelope provided, and they send you your perfectly fitted trays! I actually have a tooth missing where an adult tooth never came in, so being able to get a custom fit is super important to me! The professional grade whitening gel and desensitizing gels come in very easy to use syringes for a mess free experience. The best part about this is that I can do it on my own time when it is convenient for me. I am showing you all today how I whiten while I am getting ready but I love that I can quickly pop my trays in while I am showering, cleaning, or editing photos before bed!

For my first go-round, I whitened daily for about 40 minutes each time for 10 days followed by 15-20 mins of using the desensitizing gels. Since I do drink a lot of coffee, tea, and (occasional) red wine I will continue to do treatments 1-2 xs a week! This whitening treatment does not hurt my teeth and that is HUGE for me as I have experienced pain with every other treatment I have tried. The desensitizing gel really works and you can leave it on longer if you do experience any teeth sensitivity during whitening.
