What I Wore: Fall Is in the Air - THIS LEXINGTON LIFE

It finally feels like fall around here. I’m pretty excited about it. I bought mums and a Landon sized pumpkin yesterday, the windows are open, and we have plans to head out to the pumpkin patch on Saturday. This is my favorite time of year and it’s going to be a lot of fun to share it with Landon now that he is old enough to care! I know he will love the pumpkin patch!

To celebrate the return of fall, I decided to go back to red! And start a YouTube channel. That’s normal right? Ha! I am still learning my way around Final Cut Pro, so I put together a pretty simple outfit video to start out. My first official “vlog” might be up over there, too. I’m not totally confident in this stuff yet so forgive my awkwardness! Landon helped me film my second vlog – a Target haul! So I will need to find some time to edit that! If you have any tips for a newbie YouTuber – shoot ’em my way!
I am wearing the LuLaRoe Ana dress that I got at the pop up boutique that I had at my house! I’m obsessed with it – the colors, the pattern, everything! It is so comfy. In these photos I actually had on a pair of leggings underneath the dress to add a little warmth. It was a cool, breezy day and the material is pretty thin. I think I will be able to wear it well into the fall with leggings and boots! I’m going to wear flats with it as long as I can though. I always rush right in to wearing boots the second fall hits and then about half way through winter I start to really miss being able to wear flats. So I’m taking advantage!
