
Have you created any specific fitness goals for 2014? I’m trying not to make my usual long list of goals that I will inevitably fail miserably at. I’m super excited to take the aerial silks classes that I bought a while back and to also make it to the *free* yoga classes at West Sixth Brewing on Wednesday nights. I feel blessed to live in such an active community with so many fun fitness options! Tell me about your goals for the year!

Coming from a guy – you look pretty good. How is Focus T25 going? I might start that up soon.
Well, thanks! I just need to tone up.. like a lot! Focus T25 seems like it will be good if I stick with it. I really like their ab DVD, but he cardio DVD *kills* my feet. Maybe I'll do a review once I've done it consistently for a while.
Well you look in good shape to me from back here! 🙂 My fitness goals = do some exercise once a week… I sort of want to take up tennis lessons!
I have always wanted to try tennis! That's a great goal. I love the idea of getting involved in classes – I think there is so much accountability there!
And thank you! I took a photo from the front and was like nope, no. ;] I just need to tone up! I know I look ok though and one day after having kids I'll look back on this body and be all, "Really? REALLY?" .. haha. I'm just tired of outgrowing all of my clothes.. no time for that.

My current goals are aerial silks related – I want to get through the shows I'm in without messing up. I also want to learn to do drops this year, and get the side splits (and box splits eventually). I might try another half marathon near the end of the year. Who knows! I definitely want to do a few good mountain biking trails this spring/summer.

As I told the hubs the other day, "In 2014, I want a *sick* body!" I've got the strength, now it's time to get rid of the jiggles. 🙂
I can't wait! I'm so nervous though – because I can be pretty wimpy. ;] Hoping I love it so much that it kicks my butt in gear! I need the strength AND to get rid of the jiggles! Heh!
Jiggles? You are cut. I don’t see any jiggles. You are an inspiration. I bet you are being humble. I bet you have great stamina.
