I recently started working with a personal training, who has made lots of great suggestions about tweaking my food habits. Now, whenever I scoop protein powder out of my eco-jug for my post-weight training smoothie, I look around and go, "WHO AM I!?"
It’s crazy to me! The fact that I even know what any of these supplements do is just.. odd to me! 😉
I think I need your shoes for my revolt work outs!! Those pistol squats are horrid!! Keep up the good work girly!
A good pair of shoes will make it *so* much better. You should’ve seen the shoes I had before! I’ve noticed so much of a difference. 🙂 So glad to get a comment from a fellow revolt blogger! 😀
That's soooo awesome that you have someone doing it with you! I've told my hubby he needed to do it with me, but I haven't convinced him yet. We'll see if I show results if I can get him in on this! You're doing great and keep up the good work!

Many things played and important role to improve your fitness level and proper use of food is one of them. If we will use the health food and do the exercise on regular basic it will improve our fitness level also make us healthier.
