The Bluegrass 10,000

Nate ran in the Bluegrass 10,000 on the 4th of July. I struggled to get up and go with him but I was so glad that I did because the weather was just perfect. It was a beautiful day to be outside! I find it so difficult to get up and get going but I am always so thankful once I’ve made myself do it. I walked around while Nate ran, sipped some coffee, and made sure to be at the finish line when he crossed! I tell ya, being a spectator is the only place for me when it comes to running. There’s a small part of me that wants to try to enjoy it but I think I’ll stick to silks classes!

We are headed to Chicago in October so that Nate can run the Chicago Marathon. I will be more than happy to be on the sidelines for that! Chicago is such a fantastic city and I can’t wait to take tons of photos and enjoy a long weekend there while Nate gets to do something he loves!
