A few weekends ago Nate and I drove out where he had his senior photos taken. I was originally interested in the rail road tracks (which I’m sure I’ll return to!) but we ended up in front of this pretty barn/shed instead! I had my eye on another spot on the grounds but there were people lurking in that area. I try so hard to scope out a spot vacant of people. It’s a bit funny though, because as long as Nate is there with me I don’t let it bother me that much if there do happen to be a few on-lookers. If he’s not? Total anxiety attack city. Ha!

There are tons of changes going on right now. They’re good changes, but any type of major routine switch-up is a major deal for me. It doesn’t matter if it’s good or bad. Until I get used to the change – I will be anxious. I’ve learned to suppress the tendency to run from situations that make me uncomfortable though, and I’m thankful for that. I don’t ever want to look back on something and think that I didn’t try, because most of the time I find myself feeling like this – everything turns out just fine!

I can’t believe that Memorial Day weekend is almost here. Nate and I leave for San Francisco on that Friday for a quick little three day anniversary trip! I can’t believe we’ve almost been married for two years. What a whirlwind life is, right? Before I know it we’ll have a baby and be totally swept up in to another chapter of our life together. Exciting and scary! I wont lie- I’ve been drooling over babies lately. It comes and goes though, and I’m well aware that I’m enamored with BABIES. As in, once they start running around, having tantrums, and being bossy I’m totally terrified of them. I can recognize that I’m not ready for that and that I still really like just being able to go places on a whim… like San Francisco. ;] But gosh, I do day dream about the day we’re ready. It’s just too fun not to!

I know that I’ve mentioned this before – but I really plan to get the ball rolling on a “Shop My Closet” section of the blog here soon! I just thirfted the most adorable skirt a few days ago, but it’s a little bit big on me! I grabbed it anyway because I thought of at least 3 bloggers I’d just flat out send it to if I couldn’t alter it or sell it. I have so many lovely things that I just don’t wear due to length issues or what-not, so be on the look out! <3
