Celebrating Summer With BurgerFi

Tuesday night Nate and I got the chance to go check out BurgerFi’s new summer menu items! We met up with a big group of blogger friends to hang out and sample delicious food together. Definitely the kind of pick me up I needed at the beginning of the week! We got to try their Summer BBQ Burger, Onion Rings, Parmesan + Herb French Fries, a new signature lime soda called “Fi Lime”, AND an amazing waffle + berry custard sandwich desert. Yes, it is all as good as it sounds. The new burger is being released this week and I believe the desert will roll out in early July just in time for 4th of July festivities!
BurgerFi is one of my favorite places to grab a burger with Nate and Landon. They use all natural 100% angus beef and there is even a quinoa veggie burger option! They also make their fries and onion rings from scratch. Their onion rings are my favorite – I always get one on my burger! SO, the Summer BBQ Burger! It is double natural Angus patties topped with pulled pork, sweet BBQ sauce, pickles, and crispy slaw with white cheddar and American cheese. I must tell you that I am not really a slaw or pickle person when it comes to burger toppings, however, I felt that this all paired really well together. It was delicious. I’m not really sure you could go wrong with a burger topped with pulled pork. Not possible.

The Parmesan + Herb Fries and Double Battered Onion Rings kind of stole my heart. I could probably eat an entire meal comprised of those two sides alone.

AND the waffle berry + custard sandwich. I hardly ever save room for desert but I found a place to put this! It is as delicious as it is pretty. Also, in case you were wondering what it looks like to go to dinner with a bunch of bloggers! Here ya go! It’s kind of my favorite thing ever to be with people who get me like this. And yes – Landon was in absolute heaven. No one loves fries more than this kid! He was so excited when we told him we were going out for burgers and fries!Are they bringing more fries?
