Day 36 of 365 Days of Marriage

Here is a sneak peek at our blogger meet up/girly sleepover! I wanted to go ahead and get this up so you guys would have just a tiny idea about how much fun we had- and we definitely had a ton of it! This is our first “365” with other people/friends in it. Nate asked me, “Well can we have other people in it?” and I responded, “We can do whatever we want!” There are no rules- this is our project, right? And I don’t know many married people who never interact with people or have friends over so I definitely think we needed to show that part of our marriage- as I’m sure we will plenty more times!

But as I said (and I bet your recognize these beautiful ladies already!) last night was the little planned blogger meet up with Rachie, Kalen, and Emmy! I am going to write a post on it’s own full of pictures detailing all of the fun we had- between a quick lap around the mall, dinner, hanging back at my house, and a morning of playing with Kalen’s sweet baby girl, Everly. I think we all really enjoyed ourselves and getting to chat about online bloggy stuff that you can’t just casually have a conversation about with anyone! “Hey you know ___, and blahblah.com? Yeah well ____ and ___, right?!” I can’t just have that conversation with anyone if I expect them to A) not think I’m crazy and B) have any idea what I’m talking about. So that aspect of it was kind of a treat! Plus, hanging out with such down to earth and funny women stirs up a lot of interesting topics, ranging from the serious to the hilarious. I definitely wasn’t bored for one second!

It was just a great time and I’m so glad we were able to do it. =) I can’t wait to share more pictures, but for now it’s off to Ashley’s Super Bowl party. Woohoo!
