Girl Talk, Zooey, & Code.

While the Husband is away, the Wife will.. talk with a friend she thought she’d lost (oh my gosh, my heart), chat on the phone with her Mom while taking a candle lit bath (my fav!), search Netflix for any movie and/or show with a trace of Zooey Deschanel in it (sadly I only found one that I hadn’t already seen on Instant Que!), and do blog editing things. You may have noticed that I just recently re-did the blog, but if you follow me on Twitter- you may also know that I wasn’t happy with it at all. So while Nate is off in Tennessee with his buddies for our good friend Sully’s bachelor party, I am here being a nerd. By choice. Alone time is good, because I know the upcoming weeks will be full.

Tonight has been very refreshing. I kicked off my evening alone by ordering a ridiculous amount of chinese delivery (which was delicious and made me feel very Gilmore Girls/Two Weeks Notice). Later on I watched Flakes on Netflix simply because of Zooey, and as usual- I was not disappointed. After the movie was over I realized that it was directed by Michael Lehmann, who happens to be the director of one of my favorite movies, Heathers. That could’ve played a small role in how much I liked it, but I’m going to just go ahead and give most of the credit to Miss Pussy Katz (her name in the movie!).

I’m thinking that I should probably go to bed soon as it is 4AM, and I have extremely exciting plans to get up early and clean. Um, yeah.
