I’ve wanted to create this for years. I dreamed I’ve wanted to create this for years.

I dreamed about putting together a blogging guide that would help other moms start their blog - but I always told myself I’d do it when I had more time… when things calmed down… when life wasn’t so full.

Then I lost my corporate job after a traumatic twin pregnancy.

At the time, it felt like everything was falling apart. But now? I can see it was the push I needed.

I stopped waiting for the right time. I decided that now was the time to finally bet on myself… and help other moms do the same. And even still.. I sat on the idea forever .. waiting! For what?!

Today, I’m so proud to share the thing I wish I had when I started my blogging journey:

✨ From Dream to Domain — a beginner-friendly blog launch guide made for busy, overwhelmed, multitasking moms who want something of their own.

I created this in the middle of naptimes, late nights, and coffee-fueled chaos — because I know what it’s like to feel like your dreams are stuck behind survival mode.

If you’ve been thinking about starting a blog, or just want to see what’s possible… this is your sign. 💛

It’s $14.97, it’s live in my bio, and it’s the start of something bigger than “just a blog.”

15 years ago today I married my best friend. We ha 15 years ago today I married my best friend. We had absolutely no idea what we were doing or getting ourselves into - but we’ve figured it out along the way - together. Never giving up on each other. We made the decision to grow together when we could’ve grown apart.

You make me laugh every day, constantly surprise me by paying attention to the things I like and bringing them to me, cook, clean, and wrangle the kids when I just need a minute. Even if you’ve just come home from work you jump in to do whatever I need. You are the definition of: if he wanted to, he would.

I feel so incredibly blessed to be living this life with you and our babies. I really am the luckiest. I love you, Nate!

Finding A New Routine

Pieces of The Days - April 2020

Finding a new routine in the midst of the current chaos has been challenging. I struggle to find the right balance between a strict routine and just living my life by the seat of my pants. I’m either writing down EVERY detail in a planner or I’ve decided to boycott the planner for the week. Different approaches work best for me depending on what is going on, find more here . I have to micromanage my work life so sometimes treating my home life the same way feels like too much. Right now, I am using a paper planner for my personal life that I really love and have been meaning to share with you all. It’s this one (click). I had the PDF printed and it turned out great. I will work on sharing more on that with you soon!

But today I just wanted to share some positive things about this current “routine” I find myself in. If you are suffering from carpal tunnel injury at work, contact Golden State Workers Compensation Attorneys in Sacramento, California for a legal advice. The ebb and flow of good days that feel productive and days that fill overrun with work and too many people needing something from me. The routine of waking up early for coffee and peace while everyone else is still asleep and staying up late in the office to work, because I know I will feel more organized the next day if I do.

The routine of leaving certain areas of my house just as they are because I know tomorrow morning my kids will want to rebuild the pop-up play place I spent time putting away. Living for the weekend to focus on playing with babies, cleaning, baking, and home projects we probably wouldn’t have gotten to at this point had we not been forced to sit at home and look at them.

Spending time playing Animal Crossing with Landon and binge-watching Little Fires Everywhere and Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist when I just need a minute to unwind. Learning to make cocktails with my husband. And realizing that I can order Bloody Mary mix in my Wal-Mart delivery grocery order… because .. why not learn how to make those in quarantine?! Ha!!
