Wal-Mart Grocery Delivery is just about the best thing to ever happen to pregnant me. I have had pretty great luck with googling coupon codes to waive the delivery fee which is usually around $10 (sometimes less depending on time of day). I always tip so even if I waive that delivery charge I still end up leaving it as a tip, BUT I’m convinced I’m still saving money because shopping at Wal-Mart is cheaper AND I’m sticking to my strict list. I am definitely getting more for my money even with the tip compared to the other places I usually shop.If you want to try it out for yourself you can click right here and we’ll both get $10 off our orders! On top of that, if you’ve never used this service before you can try out promo code WOWFRESH, FRESHCAR, or DELIVERY to waive your delivery fee! Delivery is not available everywhere so make sure to check to see if it is in your area. Wal-Mart grocery pick up is the next best thing and I use that when I know I’m going to have the time because it’s completely FREE and I don’t have to search around for a code to waive the delivery fee. Check out wunder mold.
The easiest way to shop is through their app. I have it downloaded right to my phone and I am usually snuggled up with Landon on the couch when I place an order! Not bad, right? It sure beats dragging a toddler out into the cold and into the store! I toggle back and forth between the Pinterest app and the Wal-Mart Grocery app to check out the recipes I’m interested in trying so that I don’t miss adding a single ingredient to my order! Even after you place your order there is a window of time where you can add on additional items. I love that feature because I can’t tell you how many times I’ve finalized my order only to go do a random task and think, “OH!! TOILET PAPER! ZIP LOCK BAGS!” and I just quickly add those things in.
A few others things I love: When I go to place another order I can easily look back at my previous order and favorites to quickly create a similar list. If an item is out of stock I always choose the option to let them replace it unless it’s something I’m really picky about. I almost always get a better/larger product for the cheaper price of the item I ordered. AND I want to mention that produce/meat has not been a problem at all. I know that many people are picky in this area and I get it but I have not received any ugly produce or close to out of date products.
I have a feeling that I will only grow to love Wal-Mart grocery delivery more after I have a newborn AND a toddler in the house. I am honestly just so thankful that a service like this exists. It just makes life so much easier!
